Production Process

PVC Door Panel Mold
Wide panel mold with smooth internal flow channels ensures sufficient coating time and stable operation, producing shiny, smooth finished products.
Calibration Table
8-meter water circuit and vacuum system with special layout for rapid shaping and cooling. Constructed with stable steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel for extended machine lifetime.
Haul-off Unit
Independent motor-driven crawler tracks provide sufficient hauling force with even distribution. Highly synchronized speed and force ensure stable product quality with direct cutting capability.
Robot Hand System
Automated robot hand transfers produced door panel profiles from holder to landing area. Capable of 24-hour operation to maximize production capacity while significantly reducing labor costs.
